Feeling each other out, Dynamite throws Bret into the ropes, knocks him over with a shoulderblock and then slingshots him to the outside. Once back in the ring, Dynamite performs one of the most beautiful snap suplexes ever seen by the human race.

down from 60 minutes now. Owen jumps right to the outside of the ring and takes
his sweet time making Bret wait, grabs the mic and says “I’m the King, I
want respect!” to a chorus of boos. Owen gets in the ring and poses his
biceps for the crowd, lol. This stuff only took 1 minute and then they start
the match.

Wrestlemania X opens with Owen Hart making his entrance with the Hitman shades. Vince notes that this is the first Wrestlemania opener with a brother vs. brother match. Bret Hart makes a phenomenal entrance with the pink shades and the epaulettes swinging from his jacket and with a huge crowd ovation. The match kicks off with a lockup. Owen escapes the lockup and raises his hands like some sort of victory.

Hunter gets some heat by kicking Bret Hart teddy bears into the crowd and as they lock up once the bell sounds, Hunter hits a sneaky knee. Bret manages a counter into a side headlock takeover, as Hunter tries desperately to lock in a headscissors and pinfall attempts. A good competitive start to the match and the German crowd are behind every single move Bret makes.
